As an important component of corporate governance, the CEO and the General Manager of the parent company Jiehua Chemical visted JHY Shanghai on March 12, 2024.
Zheng Lin, General manager of JHY Shanghai, presented various work such as business development, sales and marketing strategy, products innovation, and the framework of JHY internal team to the CEO, since Jiehuayun New Materials (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. opening in December 2023.
Tao Zhuoqi, CEO of Jiehua Chemical thanked the subsidiary General Manager, Zheng Lin, and his team have participating and contributing with their time and insightful ideas in the area to face today's challenging work through practical data and cases. He emphasized that parent company guidance and support was crucial to the healthy development of subsidiaries. Zheng Lin, General manager of Jiehuayun Shanghai, presented various work such as business development, sales and marketing strategy, product innovation, and the framework of Jiehuayun's internal team to the Chairman, since the opening ceremony of JHY in December 2023.

He also emphasized that JHY would play an important role in Jiehua Chemical's strategy in 2024. In terms of business development and sales expansion, JHY must take diversified channels of collaborating with industrial associations, participating in offline exhibitions, and online platforms to provide quality products and best services, building the reputation and branding of Jiehua's products, and educating the markets about Jiehua's sustainable strategies.
Today's face-to-face meeting helped the parent company's executives acknowledge the subsidiary company's current situation as well as helped JHY formulate future segments, targets, and positions.
