Overview

 

 

  • Our factory was established at the beginning of China's reform and opening-up period and has been a pioneer in the production of inorganic peroxides in our country. With a clean and tidy environment and lush greenery, we currently manufacture a range of products including inorganic peroxides, food additives, disinfectants, and porous adsorbents, which are exported to over thirty countries and regions, including the United States, the European Union, Japan, and Southeast Asia. 

 

  • By adhering to the policy of "Safety, Quality, and Environment Our Top Priorities," Jiehua Chemical has established and continuously improved systems such as DCS (Distributed Control System), SIS (Safety Instrumented System), MES (Manufacturing Execution System), ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning), and SCM (Supply Chain Management), striving to achieve intelligence in safety, environmental protection, equipment, energy, and management. 

 

  • We have obtained ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 certifications and possess a comprehensive range of production qualifications, including Industrial Product Production Licenses, Food Production Licenses, Disinfectant Product Production Licenses, Veterinary Drug Production Licenses, GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) certificates, and veterinary product approval numbers. 

 

  • Our food additives have been certified by international food safety authorities, including Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP) system certification and FSSC 22000 Food Safety System Certification.

JHY's factory is located in the Hangzhou Bay Shangyu Economic Development Zone, which is at the forefront of the high-end new material industry, modern pharmaceutical industry, high-end equipment manufacturing industry, and electronic information industry. The development zone is situated on the southern bank of Hangzhou Bay, with a planned area of 175 square kilometers. In 2019, the economic output reached 135 billion yuan. It has established China's Smart Chemical Industrial Park, hosting over 1,300 enterprises, including more than 40 listed companies. Ranked 92nd among national-level development zones in China, it was recognized by the Ministry of Commerce as one of the top 10 excellent cases of national economic and technological development zones in 2019. It has become a significant growth pole for the high-quality development of Shangyu. 

Industry 4.0 - Smart Manufacturing Solutions:DCS

By embracing the philosophy of decentralized control and centralized management, JieHua Chemical employs a Distributed Control System (DCS) along with central monitoring for all its production processes. This setup enables remote control, data acquisition, data processing, and automatic control and optimization of industrial production processes through network connectivity.
