Job Description & Required Qualifications:

Location: Shanghai


1. Bachelor’s degree or above from a 985 or 211 university, majoring in Business, Sales, Marketing or International Trade;
2. In charge of researching JHY’s products；Collect and share industry movement, market dynamics, and competitor activities；Identifying target customers, and updating competitive analysis respectively；
3. Communication skills and the ability to build networks inside/outside the company online and offline；Negotiate sales contracts, terms and conditions according to prices approved by JHY and in line with the current regulations and procedures；Account management on new/existing customers and distributors to generate sales and reach the target plan；Providing professional product knowledge，technical support，after-sales service and following up the payment；
4. Attend and assist a wide range of events, including exhibitions, industry association conferences, trade shows, and ceremonies，support the certification and promotion activities to influence brand reputation；
5. Our product series has a wide range of applications including usages in personal care, consumer goods, agriculture, aquiculture, environment, petrochemistry, food and beverage, electronics, etc. Previous experience in pharmaceuticals，food and beverage，chemical additives，aquiculture, and water treatment is preferred.

QMS and Audits Specialist

Job Description & Required Qualifications:

Location: Zhejiang


1. Bachelor's degree or above in chemical engineering, chemistry, materials science, technical or engineering. Experienced practitioners in relevant fields such as the chemical industry would be preferred;
2. Oversee the quality of the lab operations. Ensure that manufactured Products meet Business Needs, Quality standards, and Customer Expectations. Ensure stringent adherence to quality standards, identify gaps, and take corrective action. Coordinate internally with technical development for a smooth transition to commercial production;
3. Maintain and improve the Quality Management System. Possesses experience in QA/QC audits for large enterprises. Conduct vendor audits review of formulations and specifications and be able to identify the issue's origin and cause and propose the best corrective and preventive action. Set up, coordinate, and monitor re-work strategies for rejected material which minimize cost and waste. Initiate necessary actions as per the Quality Management guidelines. Quality Lead Auditor experience and certification are preferred;
4. Very good communication and organizational skills, and ability to steer and motivate a team.

1. Under 35 years old, with a bachelor's degree or above from a Project 985 or 211 university, majoring in Chemistry, Science, or Chemical Engineering, with relevant experience is preferred；
2. Keeps current with developments in the relevant area of technology and be a quick learner of new applications and technologies. Proficient in conducting Chinese and foreign technical literature searches, with strong analytical skills in chemical experimental instruments. Generates sound research data, interpretation of results, and data handling；
3. Conduct research and development efforts on Inorganic peroxides or Porous adsorbents in the lab using knowledge of scientific principles, theory, and experimental design by engaging in the research, demonstration, project initiation, development, and implementation;
4. Develop innovative technology that results in lower manufacturing costs or increased capacity.  Write research papers, draft and submit patent disclosures, and prepare project and trademark application materials；
5. Collaborates effectively across the departments. Develop and implement technical solutions through communication, and hands-on experimentation for defined research and application problems.
