II、Supplier Qualification Requirements：
1.Suppliers must be registered within the People's Republic of China and have the ability to independently bear civil liability, providing business licenses or other organizational proof documents. Different suppliers with the same person in charge or having direct control or management relationships are not allowed to bid under the same contract. Any bid that fails to conform to the essential requirements of the invitation for bids shall be rejected.

Suppliers should provide a credit certificate issued by their basic account bank; proof of tax payment and social insurance payment for the last three months or any month of the last quarter; suppliers who are legally exempt from tax or do not need to pay social security funds should provide corresponding documents proving their legal exemption or non-payment requirement. 3. Possess the necessary equipment and professional technical capabilities to fulfill the contract.
4. No significant illegal records in business activities within the last three years.
5. Meet other conditions stipulated by laws and administrative regulations.
